Misguided Legislation in Colorado

Several firearm-related bills are under consideration in the Colorado Legislature. Please contact your elected representatives and politely express your opposition to the following:

• HB23-1165 Allowing County Officials and Special Districts expanded authority to prohibit shooting on private property
• SB23-168 Ability to Sue Gun Stores and Manufacturers
• SB23-169 Increasing Minimum Age To Purchase Firearms to 21
• SB23-170 “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation Expansion
• HB23-1219 Minimum 3-Day Waiting Period on all firearm purchases
• HB23-1230 “Assault Weapons” Ban
